Description: Three-quarters inch front to back matte black overprint on the Obverse side, in black ink from the front left (as best I can tell from looking at the two sides of the face specifically looking at the hatch marks) in two different density levels of ink (see upper right hand corner of the obverse with thin and fat line). Series 1963 Chicago Illinois G10918533A. Corners are folded but appear to be there. Black spot in center obverse of bill but does not appear to bleed thru to the front face, and it is unclear if it is part of the overprint. Obverse number 429. Part of our relative's collection.
