Diners could also select from several hors-d-oeuvres, soup, fish (Dover sole, bluefish, corbina), a cold buffet, entrees (squab, gosling, prime rib of beef, pork loin, lamb chops, sirloin steak, chicken liver), vegetables, potatoes, salads, cheese, desserts, and beverages.
