I can't control what happens after it's mailed!**** A 1961 RICHMOND Virginia City License Plate Topper, Very Good+Condition! Lays flat, no bends or warpage with all embossed black letters and outer band! The paint looks good and note that this steel plate was originally painted on both sides and it's good looks are holding up well! There is a scratch under the "R". (see pics for condition), Check the back pic to see how many bends a plate has or doesn't have, or rust! No rust, just a few marks! The plate measures 2-15/16"x12". The bolt holes have no real visible wear, which is unusual for it's age! It works for just about any collection! Check out my other listings, I have around 225 at any given time!
