Baughman, chief of the Secret Service, poses today with some of the counterfeit Treasury checks seized in the arrest of two men. The men arrested were identified as Joseph L. Sennier of Duson, La., and Louis E. Roger of Lafayette, La. They were described as operators of a ring which cashed the phone Treasury checks from Florida to Texas.
