Tip-Up Town refers to Houghton Lake, MI, specifically, "Michigan's largest winter festival," which draws thousands to the ice covering Roscommon County's Houghton Lake each winter. On the door it reads, “Tip-Up Town, USA”. Above the rear wheel, it reads, “Houghton Lake, MI”. The vehicle is white with a blue roof and chrome-like wheels. The other chrome-like components are sealed in their package, ready to be assembled. The bed lid has the logo of the festival and has a bank slot. This vehicle comes with its original box and instructions. This is a substantial die cast vehicle, weighing over a pound. It is in very good condition and includes its original box. One scuff on the back, near the rear window (photo 10, upper right). I am not sure if this was incurred during manufacturing or being removed from the box. See all photos for overall condition.
