Dust cover, covers and spine show signs of wear due to ageing including toning, discoloration, stains, tears and creases. The inner hinges are cracked but flexible and holding. The binding is in good condition. The book is personalized from a previous owner. The end papers and inner end papers have toning, discoloration, stains, tears and creases. The pages are complete and in good reading condition with toning, discoloration, stains, pencil marginalia, tears and creased pages present. Pages 100-102 have tears around the edges, the map also has tears on the top and side edge as shown in the pictures. The two end papers in the back of the book are completely detached from the spine.
