Advertising for a Long Island New York business. Produced by Brown and Bigelow as part of their Artist's Sketch Pad Series. It's complete and in fair condition with some general wear noticed. This includes..... * Soft creasing across its mid section throughout. These creases are a bit harder on the cover and first month. * Hard creases and dog eared corners on the bottom left side pages. * Small tears bottom left area for the first four months. * Some yellowing towards the left of some pages. * Small tear last page/back cover. * Discoloration on the inner and back cover pages. * Tear on the front over at the mirror opening. * Tears at the spiral top right on the front cover. * No envelope is included. * Other light wear I may have missed.
