A very strong running 1970 302 engine, with a 1965 Mustang automatic transmission Ford Pinto front end and drum brakes, interior is great all quite nicely done a long time ago clean body and chrome runs and drives great on the road. I just did a tune up. Standard steering and brakes. This car manufactures date is around 1979 to the Mid. 1980s as far as my research takes me, although the body on this model is unmarked except for the hull number which our DMV used for the current vin. number all I can say is for sure I saw one like this on eBay motors a few years ago that car had a Prestige data plate, However I do not know who manufactured this particular car. This vehicle is sold as is where is with no warranties or guaranties expressed or implied. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT BEFORE YOU COME OVER, PLEASE I CANNOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH PLEASE, AS TO PAST EXPERIANCES. One other thing, this car is registered with the DMV as an original manufactured 1957 Thunderbird not as a fiberglass replica or a kit car so that makes a bit of nice difference. Thank you so much Johnny * NEEDS* * The car starts in drive I hae the switch for it but I have not hooked it up. *Transmission leaks from the main Seal. *Lt. door sags a tenny bit Rt. door sags a lot of needs bushing and pin. *Hardtop needs rebuilding I have everting for that. *To fix the transmission properly it should be removed and a new seal or seals replaced it's a lot of work but you can do it at home if you have the space and time.* The windshield is clear with no cracks or hazing. *Ok I think that is it all I can think of at the moment. I have had the car for 12 years the price is 14,000 or best offer don't hesitate to make an offer I am friendly and easy to speak too. this will make a great family project. the nice thing about it is you only have to buy it once and it will always be worth more than what you paid for it originally. * FIRST THING TO DO IS CALL FIRST. Do not press the buy it now button people keep doing this and then they cancel this means I have to relist it and it's 49 dollars each listing and calling eBay to explain why etc.ect. it is a very very nice little car runs great even with the work it needs its worth it and you love what you see. I know it needs a bunch of work, but you make me a decent offer on it and you will have something quite nice and affordable. If perhaps you can't get the authentic one now maybe this is the next best thing.
