Description: Here's a unique vintage horse racing item. This is a complete book of clubhouse admission tickets for the summer 1955 Saratoga Association meet at Jamaica Racetrack in New York. This has the name Hon. John E. Johnson written on it and appears to be completely unused with all the individual daily tickets still attached. This measures about 3 inches by 2 inches. It shows just a bit of handling wear but overall in great condition. We have a few other ticket books from other New York tracks in our other auctions. We don't see these very often and rarely with all the tickets still in place (I imagine that Mr. Johnson was a judge or important official of some sort, so he perhaps everyone knew who he was and he didn't need to actually present his ticket).
