Description: Up for sale is a 22 card partial set of 1951 Bowman Fight the Red Menace cards. The set features key figures during the dawn of the cold war also events and warnings. The best feature of the set is the beautiful artwork. The cards are low grade. Really rough condition. Frankly they look like they were sitting in someone's pocket. A few duplicates are included. It's a decent chunk of the 48 card set but filler cards are filler cards. Mostly only place holders. A couple look better than the others. The photos tell the story. The listing price reflects the conditions of these lower grade cards. There's a blend of white back and gray back cards too. I don't know why. Thought that might be condition related but card but I don't think so. Maybe they produced the cards more than once in the year they were released, 1951. The cards included are the following 1, 3, 7(2), 10 Lt Russell Brown, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 19, 20(3), 22, 25, 32, 36 Gen Walter H. Walker, 37, 38 Gen Joseph Collins, 41, 48 Gen Omar Bradley I also have the complete reprint of this set available which was produced in 1985 by FTCC. Kindly see the photos for more details and please see my other listing for more items available.
