Includes state Big Dipper flag embossed at left! DIFFICULT TO FIND territorial issue plate before statehood was achieved in 1959. Plate is STRAIGHT and lies almost completely FLAT, with no corrosion or rust. Paint is SOLID and STRONG. Torn lower right bolt hole, but metal is completely SOLID.
