1950s Nichols Western Stallion 38 Cap Guns Pair Double Leather Holster Set VTG

This nice little set is in VERY GOOD vintage condition with a little age and play wear showing. The holster is near new condition, although the belt has some scratches in it from going in and out of the belt - and is not stamped genuine leather. The guns have been played with but not much. The guns have Nice Black grips with no cracks; and the finish on both guns is very good with some light cap fire residue around the cylinder - but you have to look for it. Both guns have been lightly cap fired but are tight and have strong trigger pulls. No play cap bullets are included. Both guns have been taken apart cleaned, oiled and checked over - they are in very good condition. Both guns dry fire as they should, and the cylinders rotate with trigger pull - although sometimes there is a slight hesitation on one of the guns - the pusher arms looked okay when disassembled for cleaning, but they could be worn a little which could cause the hesitation? That said they are really good solid guns. The guns measure 9 1/2'' long. The holster is in very good vintage condition and is complete with no missing components. The black and white holster has silver beads and 4 nice silver color Horse Saddle Medallion /Badges. Also did I mention that these guns are in very good condition....? The cardboard display box with red felt is not included and only used for ad display pictures. This is one set that I will likely regret selling.... and a hard one to replace. This is a nice little set that displays nicely and would make a good addition for a serious toy, western or man cave collector or could be displayed in a setting for a child Pretend Play.
