Music for Video-- James C. Petrillo,President of the American Federation of Musicians, blows a few notes on a trumpet today after signing a new agreement with the radio networks. Under the new contract live music will be permitted on television programs and Petrillo's notes were recorded on a newsreel which will be used March 19. The trumpet was presented to Petrillo by Frank E. Mullen, National Broadcasting Co. Vice President. Photo measures 10 x 8.25 inches. Photo is dated 03-18-1948.
