Description: For sale is the June 9, 1946, issue of Korea Graphic, a publication of the U.S. Army’s XXIV Corps. It contains four pages of pictures and stories. XXIV Corps (24th Corps) was an Army Corps-level,command during World War II and the Vietnam War. From April 1 to June 30, 1945, XXIV Corps and its divisions participated in the invasion of Okinawa. In September 1945, after the surrender of Japan, XXIV Corps moved to Korea, where it remained on occupation duty until the inactivation on January 25, 1949. This newspaper measures 10 1/2 by 16 inches and is in very good condition, with a horizontal fold. It is quite hard to find.
