Description: Falls City is also known as "Louisville KY". The Falls Cities Chapter of the Coast Guard League (951), included WW2 Veterans from the Louisville KY and Southern Indiana area, hence the name "Falls Cities". Group Photograph and Official Charter, September 15, 1945. Signed by the National Commander and the Assistant National Judge Advocate with official "Semper Paratas Seal" stamp in left corner. "Semper Paratus Coast Guard League" logo is printed in a lighter tan color backing the black lettering. The photograph of members of the Falls Cities Coast Guard League, which includes Bill Carrell Jr.(former CEO of Falls City Theater and Equipment Co.) and the official charter document were obtained from the Louisville KY estate of Mary Scheppelman Carrell. Framed measurements of the official charter document are appx: 16" x 17" and the black and white photograph of the league members measures 8" x 10" We offer multiple shipping options including free local pick up, and will combine shipping when more than one item is ordered.
