This plate is Guaranteed to be CA DMV Clear so that it can be registered in CA to your vintage 1945 Air Stream, Tear Drop or other vintage 1945 Trailer. And with a 1946 year tab, it can also be registered to any 1946 vintage trailer in CA. The "PT" stands for pneumatic (air) tire vehicle. "ST" plates were also issued in 1945 in CA for "solid tire trailer" vehicle. BTW, that was the last year of that particular designation in CA.
