Description: No date, but features Congressman Thomas R Ball of Old Lyme, who was served as Congressman from 1939 to 1941. That also coincides with a similar poster we found this with (not included in this auction) which was for a Democrat Rally in Willington in 1940. So, this is circa 1940, give or take. Rips and chipping to corners and edges. Some stains and foxing. Discoloration and tanner. All ephemera has wear commensurate to age, including, potentially: nicks, folds, smudges, rips at edges, stains, old smells, minor rips at folds , small holes, and other imperfections.
