Description: 1940'S CHILD SPORTS THEME TABLE RUNNER , TAPESTRY Very NICE & UNIQUE Click images to enlarge Description This is an offering of a very unique 1940's era long table runner with fringe or tapestry. This features a sweet child theme of children playing tennis,Kick ball with their dog and bicycle riding. It is done in colors of tan, black and maroon with a tan fringe at both ends.It has a plush style finish ,almost like a thin rug style texture. It measures about 45" long not including the fringe which is about 2 1/2". It is 12 3/4" from top to bottom. It is clean and has no damage.Fringe is also complete and good,. My photos were not taken with all the fringe showing as I didn't notice that till later. This was found in my mother's cedar chest when she passed away so I'm guessing it was her's or her brother's.
