The label reads a size 14. Measurements below for your certainty. The fabric is single layer, slinky, not stretchy. It hangs well, is a nice quality weight that flares and shimmers with a satin quality. It has a slight batwing sleeve style too. Belt loops, but no belt. Gorgeous single layer, shaped to flatter, and glamorous too for the party season. It is a beautiful garment that needs to be shown off. Very old movie styling.
