It is the LAST card to Series I of this set - a card that does not come up for sale very often.A very, VERY tough card to find in any condition!I consider this card to be in "good" condition. NO CREASES. But, I am NOT a grader of cards. Just an avid fan and collector of pre-1970 non-sports cards. The initial 240 "Horrors of War" card set was released in 1938 and provided historical accounts or the Chinese/Japanese War, Spanish Civil War, and the war in Ethiopia. An additional 48 card set, Series II was also produced following the 240 card set. These cards, #241 - #288, are the "high number" cards for this entire set and centered around the violence with Germany and the onset of World War II.This card will make a great addition for your set building, or an excellent starter card if you are starting your 1938 "Horrors of War" collection! I have been collecting these classic collectible cards for many years. They are a great source of historical account of a major part of this world's history.
