Possibly a reference to the famous Loch Ness Monster / Nessie. A quality item with Full English Silver Hallmarks for Adie Bros. Ltd. 1937. Water tight. In excellent pre-loved vintage/almost antique used condition with one very minor pin head ding noted to the base and very minor grazes to be expected on all pre-loved silver. Much less than “commensurate”. Stands straight with no wobble.
