Description: This is a rare souvenir calendar from the 1935 California Pacific International Exposition that was held in San Diego. This small, metal calendar measures around 2.5” tall x 1 3/8” wide. It has the expo logo in the bottom center. There are 2 “day of the week” pieces(thin cardboard material), 3 “month” pieces, and 16 “numerical date”pieces(look over pictures 6-11 for a better description). On the back there is a name engraved “Ann Laconic”. It is in good condition for being almost 90 years old. Some of the calendar pieces have some discoloration and there is some oxidation on the metal to the left of the logo but it is still a great item. You could still use this calendar today! Please look over the pictures and ask questions before bidding. We offer combine shipping discounts on multiple purchases.
