Description: "The Old Oaken Bucket" 1935 Calendar Page for Morrell's Pride Cooked Meats "The Old Oaken Bucket" 1935 Calendar Page for Morrell's Pride Cooked Meats Click images to enlarge Description This original vintage 1935 page, titled " The Old Oaken Bucket ", from a Morrell calendar advertising Morrell's Pride Cooked Meats in Vinegar has an illustration done by ??? ( like many artist's signatures I can't make out the name, but a well done piece ). The print itself is 7" x 6 3/4" and the total page is 17 1/4" x 8 1/4". The first photo is just the print, the second is the page with a ruler at top and bottom, the third is the whole page under plastic, so you can see the whole page, but there is a shadow on the plastic, then the next one shows the damage on back, on the front the damage is somewhat hidden in the leaves of the tree. The calendar and ltho was done by Ketterling Litho. Manufacturing Co. in Philadelphia and Chicago, and is in decent condition, but has some damage at top of page, see the photos. John Morrell & Co. had general offices in Ottumwa, Iowa, with packing plants also in Sioux Falls, S.D., and Topeka, Ks.
