Description: Up for auction is a rare first printing of the Story of Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker by author Jan I. Fortune. The story is told by Bonnie’s mother, Mrs. Emma Parker and Clyde’s sister, Nell Barrow Cowan. As you can see, the original dust cover is included, but it does show wear and tear. This book is 90 years ok, so it’s amazing that it’s still with the book. Minus the dust cover, the book itself is in beautiful and like new condition. I do want to note that this book does have the original owner’s signature on one page. Like most books this from this era, the pages are not a bright white anymore. The picture of Bonnie and Clyde at the front of the book is the only photo of the two together. If you’re a a collector of vintage Bonnie and Clyde items, this book will be a nice addition to your collection. For additional condition concerns, please view all photos (these were not enhanced).
