Description: This 1932 National Post Office Day Cover is a unique piece of history that was sent to Virginia's Governor and is still unopened. The cover features a 157th anniversary of the post office design. And Virginia gazette in the upper left corner. This envelope is sealed, but apparently there is a message inside about the importance of the post office by Charles Sumner (see picture from another listing). The quality of the cover is good. Some fading around the edges. Still sealed with Post Rider sticker on back. Postmarked July 26, 1932 in Williamsburg, Virginia. From Non-smoking household
