Featuring a Design of Blue Forget-Me-Not Glowers & Pink Roses with Light Green Leaves, on a White Porcelain plate trimmed with a Golden Rim. The Open Handles are Carved in Three Slots on Each Side. Measures approximately 9 1/8” inches Stamp Marked on Back, Reads: “Germany Roman V, ” Vintage porcelain item with some light wear to design, some light staining or marks, and a light scratches to front surface from use.
