Otto Graham went on to Northwestern University on a basketball scholarship and earned college basketball All American status and in the same year was third in voting for the Heisman Trophy. Graham recorded a career 86.6 pass rating while playing for the Browns which compiled an astonishing 105-17-4 record during his tenure. In his single season as a professional basketball player, he starred with Bob Davies for the Rochester Royals (now Sacramento Kings) which won the 1945-46 National Basketball League (NBL) Championship! And during his playing career, Graham's popularity was such that he and his wife hosted a local television show in Cleveland called, At Home With the Grahams.
