Description: This 3/8" Drive Ratchet is a Craftsman with the Underlined C and a Circle H logo. I believe the H is for Hins Dale. They made a lot of mechanical tools for Craftsman, back in the day. The ratchet is in very good working condition. It ratchets well and is tight, not sloppy. I believe it will clean up well with a little work, if wanted. There is some lighter rust that feels smooth, so I don't think there will be much pitting, if any. Looks like some good steel and was well made. The ratchet is about 6 1/2" long.
