Cover has wear including fading and staining. Binding has weakened and cover is attached but seaparating and fragile. There is natural page discoloration and staining from age. Overall this 90 year old book appears to be in very collectible and acceptable condition. Look closely at photos. I am not a professional grader of condition. Payment required within 48 hours.
