Die Sammlung Erich von Goldschmidt-Rothschild Tafelband is a volume of plates only. These auction catalogues describe and picture a vast number of collectibles, from furniture to vases and artwork. The auctioneer for the lots which took place between 1930-1 was the well known Paul Graupe of Berlin. Two of the volumes detail the collection of Erich von Goldschmidt-Rothschild (1899-1987), of the famous Rothschild lineage. In the volume detailing Castiglioni's collection Otto von Falke (1862-1942) has contributed. CONDITION The binding is tight and firm. There is some wear to the extremities including some discolouration to the spine panels and bumping with some loss. The front inner hinge to Sammlung Dr. Hans Wendland Lugano is strained and may fail in the post. Internally the pages are clean with some slight browning to the page edges.
