Description: 1928 Al Smith For President Metal Red & White Metal sign License Plate Topper. Used and dirty. I sprayed water on sign and dried with towel, while drying the red letters started rubbing off. Sign was very dirty and missing paint in spots. The reason I believe this to be a license plate topper is I found with a box of old New York License plates. See pics for details. Metal sign is white with red letters, and dark gray or black on back. The measures 12 inches long by 4.5 inches tall. I do not make the items; I do my best to describe items on my listings.
