This 26 page Northern Pacific Railway brochure describes the scenic wonder, National Parks, and other attractions along the Northern Pacific Railroad. Included among the attractions discussed in the brochure is Pyramid Park, Along the Yellowstone River, Yellowstone National Park, Rocky Canyon and Three Forks, Flathead Lake and Vicinity, Lake Pend Oreille and other Lakes, The Columbia River and "North Bank" Line, The Yakima Valley, Puget Sound and Rainier National Park, and other locations. This brochure was given out to tourists who traveled on the Northern Pacific Railway North Coast Limited. The Nor Pac brochure is in Very Fine condition with edge chipping, scattered wear, and age toning., HOWEVER, Grading is very subjective and I recommend you examine the scan carefully. I guarantee this Nor Pac brochure is an Original 1925 issue and not a reprint. NOTE: This Northern Pacific Railway, North Coast Limited brochure was collected by a tourist who went on a 43 Day "Ridgeway Special Educational Tour", July 28 to Sept 8, 1926 led by O. H, Shenk, Director, "RIDGEWAY" , Lancaster, PA for many Far West destinations including the Grand Canyon, Mount Rainier, Yosemite Valley and Yellowstone Park. The tour left Lancaster, PA on July 28, 1926 and traveled to St. Paul, Minn. On Aug 2 they left St. Paul and traveled to Gardiner, Montana on the Northern Pacific Railway North Coast Limited and arrived on August 4. After visitng Yellowstone Park they left Gardiner, MT on August 8 via the Northern Pacific North Coast Limited and traveled to Seattle arriving Aug 10 . The tour went on to visit other National Parks and arrived back in Lancaster, PA on Sept 8, 1926. This North Pacific Railway brochure is one of many brochures the tourist collected during the Ridgeway Special Educational Tour.
