Description: Beautiful ink signature of Hawaiian swimming star Henry Luning from the 1924 Olympics. A rare signature as he died in 1965 and this is the only example we have ever seen! Autograph was removed from the album of 1924 Olympian Ben Rothwell (boxer) and he obtained it in person on the steam ship "America" as he and the other Olympians we on their way to compete in the games. The entire album was authenticated by PSA/DNA and sold through Heritage Auctions. No autograph was destroyed in removing these from the book and great care was taken to preserve the historical integrity of the signatures.
