In Oregon and Montana, it is viewed as a way to welcome new agriculture teachers into the profession. Oregon is widely believed to be Kennel #1 with Montana being Kennel #2. The members are now given small membership cards. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We ship USPS standard.
