Description: 1922-PM PHILIPPINES Culion Leper ONE PESO Copper Nickel Coin KM-16. Mintage of only 8,280 Issued and used as a currency in Culion Leper Colony (Palawan) Philippines in the early 1900s. The 1913 & 1920 issues (made of aluminum) were struck by Frank & Co., Manila. This date is issued by Philippine Mint. This is in a very decent condition considering age. Far from perfect, with marks, dents, and deposits or possibly scratch; this coin is still remarkable to have stood the test of time for over 80 years. I have read that varieties exist and will leave it up to you based on the pictures provided what variety it is. Very scarce at 8,280 pieces minted.
