Description: One of the most appealing 1920s frocks I have ever had, this is such a delight to behold! With a fluffy sheer collar overlaying a sleeveless bodice, a drop waist and lavishly tiered lace inset cascading down the front skirting, the entire sheer dress is lined with an oyster shell white silk slip. Both the dress and slip, which is attached at the waist, close in back with a series of tiny snaps. The print on the sheer silk dress is coral orange on white, an Art Deco design of poppies which are further beaded on the skirting all around their petals and centers in coral beads. The front and back have black silk velvet ribbons with bows, and the ones in front have tiny circlets of pale pink silk rosettes. In fantastic condition with only the tiniest wear to a few of the snaps (but they are all fully functional), no stains or rips or noted bead loss, this is a dress worthy of a serious collection. I am giving the measurements of the dress manikin since it fits it so well; your own measurements need to be at least 1-2 inches smaller so as not to stress this gorgeous dress.
