Description: 1920s Carder Steuben Art Deco Large Blue Banded Vase Click images to enlarge Description ~~*~~ Beautiful 1920s Carder Steuben Art Deco Large Blue Banded Art Glass Art Glass Vase. It has a slight Optic Effect and a very light Golden Amber Tint as can be seen in some of the Photos. The Vase measures 6 3/4" Tall and has an opening of 6 5/8". It has a Ground & Polished Potil that is hand marked with what looks like 'XX3' or maybe 'EXX'. Could it possibly be an Experimental Piece? There are also some scratched out marks that I cannot make out. The Vase is in in Excellent Condition with no chips, cracks, or fleabites. Appears to have used very little if at all. Any white spots are glare. As with many of the Old Carder Steuben Pieces, it is not marked except as noted above.
