Illustrated plate lists shows 217 plates (black and white). No writing, no smoke or mildew odors noted. Some mild foxing, endpapers show some foxing. Brown cover wrap shows tear and loss top and bottom spine and on edge on back cover as shown. Published by Authority of the Trustees Honolulu H.I. 1919 (I assume trustees of the museum).
