Description: Part of the Red, White and Blue (RWB) Series of booklets issued by The Committee on Public Information in 1918. I presume these were printed by the Government Printing Office, but there is no publication/printing credit seen in either booklet. Part 1 is titled, Treatment of Civilians, and Part 2 is titled, German Treatment of Conquered Territory. Part 1 is #6 of the RWB Series, and Part 2 is, #8 of this series. Part 1 is 89 pages followed by a 4-page catalog of similar publications on WW I by the Committee on Public Information. I will note that this catalog for Part 1 went as far as #7 of the RWB Series. Part 2 is 61 pages followed by a 3-page catalog, in which the catalog went as far as #9. The booklets are in GOOD CONDITION. There is light soiling and age-toning around the glossy covers. They are both solidly staple bound, with maybe slight rust on on the outside of the staples. There is an obvious difference in page quality - Part 1 has white higher quality paper as compared to the age-toned lower quality paper of Part 2. SM6
