Description: A very good, unmarked copy of THE WESTERN FRONT Drawings By Muirhead Bone with an introduction by General Sir Douglas Haig. Published in 1917 by Doubleday, Page & Company of New York. The portfolio is a remarkable look at the progress, or lack of progress, in the first couple of years of WWI. The book consists of the portfolio and five soft bound parts (I-V). "Signatures" in effect. There are a total of 100 prints by Bone. The contents are listed on the back of the portfolio. Condition is quite good. Not ex-library. No previous owners' names. No foxing or musty odors. It's a good copy. Size is approximately 10 by 12 inches. Feel free ask any questions you may have; I'd be happy to answer. Shipping is $6.95 via USPS Media Mail. Well wrapped, securely packaged in a box. I value the things I sell. I usually ship the next day, unless it's the weekend or a holiday. If you have a moment, you might want to take a look at my other interesting to rare items up for sale this week. Thank you.
