Contains 192 numbered pages. Box has MUCH wear & staining with some split corners. Book has some yellowing on the pages. Lower section of the pages has some wrinkling, but there are no moisture stains. I think that is due to the age. Not sure as to the composition of the covers - some kind of textured material. (This is NOT a hard cover!) Some pencil writing on the box. Being sold "as is" with NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS for any reason. No partial refunds.
