The front and back cover are very loose and lifting off the binding (see photos). The front and back cover show a lot of age, use and handling with worn areas, discoloration, dirty, and a large tear on the spine, ect (see photos). I thumbed through the book, and it appears all the pages are present. There is writing on the inside of the front cover. There is an ink stamp on the first inside page. The contents page has a tear. The spine is cracked towards the middle of the book. Yellowing to pages and stain spotting to the first few pages. Please be aware, when considering purchase, this book is very old, not in good condition, and is in a delicate state. That being said, it is still readable and is a 100+ year old treasure.
