The number was also put on the outside binding. (Pictured) On the inside back hard cover. was a numbered ticket for those who borrowed his book. The book has some issues. It has pages with tears on them. The first page is The hard cover has some wear on the front and back, with discoloration. The book measures 7.5" X 5 1/4"With 401 PagesThe pages are clean and have some pictures. There is some age to the pages with discoloration and browning. Please look at the pictures. The book has sat on a library style book shelf for the past 40+ years. We thought a collector might enjoy the book rather than to just have it sit and collect dust.Thanx for looking and check back often as we are always adding new merchandise.:D
