1905 Iron Mission Ceiling Light Fixture Vianne TEARDROP Shades RESTORED

Description: Antique Circa 1905 Mission / Arts & Crafts Iron Hanging Ceiling Fixture Light & Vienne Art Glass Blue Opal Swirl Shades Features - Professionally restored and rewired and ready to go - Either Add a cord or have it installed. Very rare piece that has been brought back to life. Restoration process - Photos 15 - 17 shows the condition as found, the finish was all gone - Photo 18 shows it all taken apart - Photos 19 & 20 shows the piece fully sand blasted and disassembled then after reassembling - Photo 21 shows the copper finish that was applied and the wiring being added - Photo 22 - Is after the Jet black final finish has been applied, he also brushed it during this process to bring some of the copper thru here and there makes it look great - Photo 23 is after all the wiring had been done and bulbs were tested. Photos 1 & 2 are the final product after the shades were added. Fixture Body - 14" tall and solid iron construction and is quite heavy. Shades - Vianne Art Glass Company, Made in France approx late 1930s to 40s era, 2 of them have the old original manufactures sticker and 2 do not - They are Light Blue Opalescent, Swirl pattern in teardrop form. The shades are pristine and un-damage but a couple do have tiny fleabites on the seating area rim, which is common with all seated shades and is to be expected. They measure 7 1/2" long. Condition - You be the judge see all photos - Superb example - Full restoration all original except the finish & wiring.
