After a review of the note, there are ZERO pin holes, rips or tears. Nice strong VF condition note from this Williams County rural far northwest Ohio town bank. As you'll note, the F.L. Niederaur, Cashier & Wm. W. Morrison, President signatures in turquoise have faded but are present.
