Description: This real photo postcard shows a group of 7 young men, 3 dressed in drag. One holds a fraternity pennant with the Greek letters Epsilon Rho and Sigma, with a skull and crossbones. Three of the men are dressed as women in skirts and one, with only his torso and head visible, holds a parasol. The man at the left with a skirt and a large straw hat with flowers, holds a sign with a barely readable "Sweet 16". The next man, also in a skirt, is holding the pennant and a sign reading "Boy Wanted". The next is the fraternity member with the parasol and an unreadable sign. Next to him a man with a "Girl Wanted" sign. To the right is a blurry figure with a straw hat, a pipe in his mouth and a skirt, holding another unreadable sign. Seated in front are 2 members dressed as men with the third unreadable sign. The photo was taken by Fain & Corning of 1716 W. Madison St. in Chicago. I've seen only a few of their rppc's online and all are dated in the early 1900's around 1910 and 1911. I could find no information about the fraternity
