The photo itself measures 9 X 6 1/2. ALEXANDER GREGER was a fascinating figure. He was the SECRETARY OF THE RUSSIAN LEGATION IN WASHINGTON, DC... He was also vice-president of the Cross Country Club for equestrianism. The photo margin has typical vintage surface, edge and corner wear; not mint but gently treated and a tough find!
