Description: This Victorian dress is made from silk twill, it has a faux bolero trimmed with cut steel beading. The ruffle is faced with a beige silk. I don't see anything that would stop you from separating the skirt from the bodice to put it back the way it should be, it looks like the skirt still has the grosgrain ribbon facing it that would make up the waistband.
