Description: Maud Humphrey was a very famous illustrator at the turn of the last century, known primarily for her charming depictions of children. In very good condition, this board book has six wonderful chromo-lithographed plates excellent condition as well as several pages of children’s poetry accented by line drawings. Please note the chipped corners as this is the most (and only real) damage that I see. The paper is toned from age and there is some light spotting and minor soiling from handling.
