Description: Counterpart to the H 802-21 set of Tobin trade cards-- the 22 group were the same poses but in black and white vs. color. This was designed to give advertisers a cheaper alternative when acquiring the group to put their business names on the back. This one bears the business name of Danbury One Price Clothing Co.--- nice condition with no major defects-- never adhered to scrap book ( as many trade cards were)-- has a decent cut and features HOFer Tim Keefe-- pitcher for the New York club in 1887 when card was made... Keefe pitched in the big leagues for 14 seasons winning an amazing 344 games-- in 1887, year this issue was produced, he won 35 games---- In the last photo I show a photo of the King Kelly that SCD uses for the pricing header. It shows the same uneven borders and lists the size parameters as approx. 3" x 4 1/2"-- the Keefe is a bit smaller but certainly within an "approx." .I don't know if the uneven borders are the norm or from being trimmed--- free shipping
